Classified Goal Setting Evaluation
Classified employees who have been employed in their current classification for five or more years and who have met or exceeded all expectations on their most recent evaluation are eligible to participate in the Classified Coaching Evaluation process. The unit member’s participation must be agreed upon by both the employee and the supervisor. At the initial coaching meeting, prior to November 1, the classified employee and supervisor jointly select one domain from the list below. Following this, a collaborative process between the employee and the supervisor will be scheduled to discuss a specific and measurable focus area that aligns to the domain and their job description.
